This award recognizes a Golden Key member living in Canada for their outstanding community service efforts.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. A personal statement of no more than four pages that details how you exemplify the Society’s commitment to service. This should include your various community service efforts and involvement (current and past). Let us know what community service means to you. Please note: Spacing, font, and margins are at the applicant’s discretion.
  2. One or more letters of recommendation (maximum of four) from an individual(s) familiar with your community service efforts (organization official, university contact, volunteer you work with, etc.).

Emphasis will be based on members various community service efforts and involvement (current and past).
