Honorary Member Recognition Go to Chapter

There was a memorial service for GK Honorary Member Dr. Donna Terbizan on March 31, 2023, at 3 pm.  Several GK honorary members were in attendance.  During the open microphone, a GK advisor spoke about Dr. Terbizan 's commitment to students who were competing for NDSU 's athletic and academic teams, the reason that she was nominated for honorary membership.  Hearing what everyone said at the service illustrated how Dr. Terbizan exemplified Golden Key 's mission and values and how she cared about and supported her students.  A card (with a copy of the 2010 New Member Induction program and a letter about Dr. Terbizan 's support of students who competed for NDSU) was given to her family.

 

On April 28, 2023, a retirement party was held for GK Honorary Member Patty Corwin; the event was at the McGovern Alumni Center from 3:30-5:30 pm.  Several honorary members were present.  A GK advisor gave Patty a card; she took photos at the event, including a photo of Patty 's former students who were there.  On May 3, the advisor delivered photos to the department.
