The 76th Golden Key chapter, University of Massachusetts Amherst was chartered on April 13, 1986, as a part of U.S. Region 4, which includes institutions in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia. In addition to all of the valuable membership benefits, discounts and opportunities both at the local chapter level and Society level, Golden Key members at the University of Massachusetts Amherst have the option of being recognized during graduation by wearing their honor cords for purchase.
