To promote mental health awareness month, Walden University Golden Key is hosting a Wake-Up Yoga session with Dr. Nina Spadaro. No registration is needed- grab your mat and click on the Zoom link below on Tueday, May 30th, 9am ET:

Dr. Spadaro has used creative counseling techniques with adults in various settings including at a federal prison, at a Veterans Outreach Center, in community counseling, in over thirty years of presenting counselor training, and part-time private practice with individuals, couples, and families. She integrates yoga and martial arts in her healing retreat center for clinicians in Bellingham, Washington.
