Yes. New Golden Key members can request a full refund within the initial 72 hours of payment being received, with no questions asked. Please refer to local pages within your country selection for more specific regional details for all refund requests with the 72-hour window.

USA/Canada – Please email DHoliday@goldenkey.org for refund requests within the 72-hour window. If members desire a refund within 30 days of initial payment, we ask members to send a written request, along with their membership certificate to Golden Key International Honour Society Headquarters. There is a refund policy for people who decide to use this payment plan option. Members must complete their three payment and pay the $120 in full before they are eligible for a refund. At the time that the member has paid the $120 in full, the above refund policy applies.

Asia-Pacific –

Yes. New Golden Key members can request a full refund within the initial 72 hours of payment being received, with no questions asked. Please email your regional office for refund requests within the 72-hour window.

If your certificate has already been processed within this period, you would need to return your certificate in order to finalise the cancellation. Please allow additional time for processing this request.
