How do I obtain my membership certificate?

USA – If you are a new member and RSVP that you are attending the New Member Recognition Event prior to the set deadline date held on your campus by the deadline, you will receive a personalized certificate at this event. If you do not RSVP to the New Member Recognition Event before the set deadline date and still attend the event, you will receive a standard certificate. If you do not attend the New Member Recognition Event, you will need to contact Member Services to request a personalized certificate be mailed to you. Member Services can be reached by email at memberservices@goldenkey.org. Please note that your certificate will take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

Canada – Canadian members will receive a personalized membership card. This will either be handed out at the New Member Recognition Event at your chapter or mailed to you if you do not attend the event. If you wish to order a personalized certificate please email isankey@goldenkey.org.

Asia-Pacific –

If you are a new member and have RSVP’d (confirmed) that you are attending the New Member Reception up to the set deadline date for your campus, you will receive a personalised certificate at this event. If you do not RSVP to the New Member Reception before the set deadline date and still attend the event, you will receive an interim certificate to ensure you are part of the proceedings. Your certificate will be mailed to you after the event.

Please note that your certificate can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
