We do not charge for postage and handling; and ship internationally. Please note that certificates and merchandise will be processed and shipped separately. Orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed, picked, and packed before being shipped.*

All orders travel via Australia Post standard shipping. For an estimated delivery time, please refer to the carrier site linked below.^

Australia Post Delivery Timetable

Certificates:

1. If you are a new member and have RSVP’d (confirmed) that you are attending the New Member Reception, you will receive a personalised certificate at this event.

2. You may still RSVP to the event up to the RSVP deadline date.

3. If you do not attend the event but have RSVP’d, your certificate will be mailed to you after the event.

4. If you do not RSVP or attend the New Member Reception, your certificate will be mailed to you after the RSVP deadline date.

5. If you do not RSVP to the New Member Reception before the set deadline date and still attend the event, you will receive an interim certificate to ensure you are part of the proceedings.

Order Processing

The Golden Key Office is open Monday to Friday. Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday the following week.

*Attention: Orders made at peak times may take longer to arrive.

^Please note that international (outside Australia) will take longer

 

Refund Policy

We will happily provide a full refund within 72 hours of joining if you change your mind and wish to cancel your membership. However after this time has passed, a refund cannot be issued.

We are unable to offer merchandise refunds for change of mind once items have been shipped. If your item arrives damaged, we will happily send out a replacement.
