At the next Golden Key International Conference, several outstanding advisors will be recognized for their positive impact at their local chapter and for involvement in Golden Key regional and international activities. Chapter officers are encouraged to nominate deserving advisors.

The Regional Advisor of the Year Awards recognize one Golden Key advisor in each of Golden Key’s 13 regions for outstanding service and leadership. The selected advisors will receive a commemorative plaque and US$500. The winners of these awards are forwarded as candidates for the prestigious International Advisor of the Year Award.

The International Advisor of the Year Award recognizes one exceptional advisor among all Golden Key chapters worldwide. The selected advisor will receive a commemorative plaque and US$1,000. Advisors' tenure with Golden Key (at current or previous institution) will be taken into consideration when selecting the award winner.

Eligibility: All currently active Golden Key chapter advisors (not graduate advisors) who have served for a total of at least two full academic years (can be at different institutions) may apply for or be nominated for these awards. These awards will typically be made to one individual advisor but in exceptional cases may be awarded to a team of two or more advisors when recommended by a single chapter. The current Council of Advisors and International Leadership Council members and board members may not apply or be nominated.
