My field of study is Indigenous Health and my PhD is contributing to the ever growing body of literature of Indigenous research by Indigenous researchers worldwide. This award will assist my research on Sámi Culture to reach the public; it will aid my travel expenses when I go to present at the 16^th Canadian Conference on International Health – Health Equity: Our Global Responsibility.

I wish to warmly thank my partner and our three little baby girls; Milla, Agnes and Elliot for their patience with my studies. And extend my sincere thank you to Golden Key for believing in me!"
