Eligibility: Golden Key undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate members who are currently enrolled at a Canadian university.

Criteria: Community service efforts, quality of essay submitted as determined by the selection commitee.

1. An essay of no more than 2,000 words describing how you have been involved in community service/volunteering. Outline the involvement that you currently have in community service and your plans for future contributions. Why is your area of service important to the wider community?

2. A letter of recommendation from a representative of the beneficiary of the service.

3. A list of extracurricular activities detailing involvement in other campus and community service, including any involvement in Golden Key. Also list any work and family commitments.

4. A current and comprehensive official academic transcript.
