Academic Studies Abroad (ASA) Scholarships

Academic Studies Abroad (ASA) offers summer, trimester, semester and academic year study abroad programs in Australia, Argentina, Chile, Spain, Italy, England, Ireland and France. ASA now offers six scholarships exclusively for Golden Key members.

PLEASE NOTE: The scholarships listed below are only for students who wish to attend an ASA study abroad program.  Students must attend an ASA program in order to receive one of these scholarships.

Eligibility:

  • Fill out and submit the Scholarship Application Form.
  • Submit 1,000 word essay as outlined in the scholarship application form.
  • Submit an official college transcript to verify that you have or will have completed one semester of college by the time you go abroad.
  • Must be able to demonstrate financial need by submitting a copy of your financial aid award letter.
  • Must submit a complete ASA scholarship application at the same time you submit the complete ASA program application.

Scholarships Available:

  • Two - $500(USD) Spring trimester/semester program scholarships
  • Two - $500(USD) Fall trimester/semester program scholarships
  • Two - $250 (USD) Summer program scholarships

Application Deadlines:

  • Winter & Spring - 15 October 2008  Deadline Passed
  • Summer - 1 March 2009  Deadline Passed
  • Fall - 15 May 2009
