PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- TOTAL PAYMENT must be received by the above deadlines in order to take advantage of the corresponding fee.
Delegates are NOT registered for conference until total payments are made.
- All registration deadlines are based on United States Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
Fees will change after 12 midnight EDT at each registration deadline interval.
- The registration fee does not include accommodations or transportation.
- Changes to an existing registration should be emailed to Fatimah Bashir by 1 July 2009. Changes received after this date cannot be honored.
Cancellation Policy:
If you register and cancel prior to 1 July 2009, you will be assessed a $50 processing fee for your refund. If you have paid and cancel after 1 July 2009, no refund will be issued.
If you are registered to attend the International Conference as of 1 July 2009 and DO NOT attend the conference (and have not paid), you will be billed for the full conference registration. ($399 USD). All registration cancellations must be made in writing by 5:00pm (EDT) on 1 July 2009 to Fatimah Bashir.
