*In order to receive the chapter group rate, you must register and pay for 7 or more delegates from one chapter on or before 15 May 2009. If we do not receive full payment for all registered delegates by 15 May 2009, the regular conference rate will apply.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • TOTAL PAYMENT must be received by the above deadlines in order to take advantage of the corresponding fee.
    Delegates are NOT registered for conference until total payments are made.
  • All registration deadlines are based on United States Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
    Fees will change after 12 midnight EDT at each registration deadline interval.
  • The registration fee does not include accommodations or transportation.
  • Changes to an existing registration should be emailed to Fatimah Bashir by 1 July 2009. Changes received after this date cannot be honored. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you register and cancel prior to 1 July 2009, you will be assessed a $50 processing fee for your refund. If you have paid and cancel after 1 July 2009, no refund will be issued.  

If you are registered to attend the International Conference as of 1 July 2009 and DO NOT attend the conference (and have not paid), you will be billed for the full conference registration. ($399 USD).  All registration cancellations must be made in writing by 5:00pm (EDT) on 1 July 2009 to Fatimah Bashir.
