PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- TOTAL PAYMENT must be received by the above deadlines in order to take advantage of the corresponding fee.
Delegates are NOT registered for conference until total payments are made.
- All registration deadlines are based on United States Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
Fees will change after 12 midnight EDT at each registration deadline interval.
- The registration fee does not include accommodations or transportation.
- Changes to an existing registration should be emailed to Fatimah Bashir by 1 July 2008. Changes received after this date cannot be honored.
Cancellation Policy:
All registration cancellations must be made in writing by 5:00pm (EDT) on 1 July 2008 to Fatimah Bashir. If correspondence is not received prior to this deadline, we are unable to refund any fees. If correspondence is received prior to 5:00pm (EDT) on 1 July 2008, a $50 (USD) cancellation fee will apply.
