For those Golden Key members located in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, or the United Arab Emirates that are planning to attend the International Conference, we are offering you the opportunity to order select Golden Key merchandise to pick up at the International Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana this July. This unique opportunity is ONLY being offered to our International members in an effort to make the merchandise ordering process a little easier and cost effective for you.
All orders MUST be received by 14 July 2008 to insure that your merchandise will be ready and available for you to pick-up at the International Conference.
It's simple to order your merchandise! Please follow the instructions below:
1) DOWNLOAD ORDER FORM (Excel spreadsheet)
2) Save ORDER FORM to your computer
3) The ORDER FORM has already been formatted for your convenience. Please fill in the quantity of the items that you would like and your total will be automatically calculated for you.
4) Payment information via credit card is REQUIRED at the time you place your order. Payment will not be accepted when you pick up your merchandise onsite.
5) All merchandise orders should be emailed to Andi Nay-Richardson no later than 14 July 2008.
6) An email confirmation will be sent to once your order has been successfully processed. Please print this confirmation and bring with you to conference. You will need to show this confirmation when you pick up your merchandise.
